[Questions] What is this card? Nowhere in the internet

Hey guys,
I found a Blaziken ex card, i couldn't find it anywhere online, because it is a yellow version and I can only a silver one. It also doesn't spell Nintendo but Nitendo. Does anyone know anything about this?

You can't find it because your card is counterfeit, hence the wrong fonts, "bloated" Energy icons, and lack of foil. The radius of the rounded corners is also way too big. Second attack is also missing the whole second sentence from the official version.
