I could not find that card anywhere. It's a dusclops 14/108 with a golden border.

The bloated Type/Energy icons—like you would see on Energy cards—is a tell-tale sign that it's counterfeit. It's also missing the accented E in Pokémon, another commonality among counterfeits.
