There is a missingno in ruby and sapphire, if you use gameshark or have a glitch, I think this is the new missingno.

Ah... that would be the nearest thing to Missingno in R/S, but since the developers removed the glitch ages ago, it's not actually Missingno. You must have used cheats of some sort... did you Shark or use AR to get it?

Meh, you get this when you use the walk through wall codes and then go through poke center walls. Dont ask me why I know

No its not Its a glitch in the game. missingno is something that does something for you, this isnt even named missingno so how can it be.

See shuckle,it doesn't need the name of Missingno. to have that identity. To explain missingno once and for all,it's a glitch in the game beacause of the amount of extra slots not used for pokemon or items. These remaining slots are glitches. The reason it was called Missingno. in G/R/B(wasn't in yellow >.<) is beacause it was "Missing Number". Missing Number is just what it says,a missing number,or slot in the Pok?emon game. The fact that the pokemon keep getting bigger,but so does the amount of slots,means Missing Number will be with us for a long time.

Now that I've got your attention... This "glitch" if you want to call it that isn't the new Missingno. It has the characteristics of Missingo, as it has no number in the PokeDex or anything, but it's not actually Missingo. Game Freak removed the glitch as early as Yellow, so they wouldn't be stupid enough to put it in again.
The question has been answered, so to prevent even more arguing, I'll go ahead and close this. ^_^
