That is Southern Island. If you have the Eon Ticket, then you can go on the Ferry to Southern Island and capture Latias/os there. Hope it helps when you com to hack into RSE. XD

Yeah, you just walk up to the thing and press a or something, and whichever Lati@s you have then the opposite will show up and you'll be able to try and capture it only once.So you should save in front of it XD.
