Probably Sunyshore, I love that it's a mixture of a port and a multifloor thingy, its fun.

Mine is a tie between Vielstone and Sunyshore
Vielstone: Department store, game corner, Deoxys meteors
Sunyshore: Sticker place, upper-road(a solar powered road that powers a city WOW)...Jasmine(...i like steel types...what were you thinking...sicko).

I would have to say either Sunyshore or Canalave. But i think canalave is a bit better.
