Shdwfalcon i don't agree with u when u say that u prefer Hydro Pump as it has much lower accuracy than surf and with a third of the PP.I think the higher damage rating in Hydro Pump losses to surf's accuracy and PP - so take surf instead...But u are correct when u say people should stop using 2 and more moves of the same type on one pokemon
Shdwfalcon u seem to like move sets for pokemon so go check out the "Pokemon GB strategies and movesets"
