What is your favorite opening and ending of any anime

I thought this was appropriate.
 
There's quite a few openings that I've liked;
Motekke! Sailor Fuku from Lucky Star
the WORLD from Death Note (Mainly because I'm a massive Nightmare fan. xD)
HANAJI from Maria+Holic
Higurashi no Naku Koro Ni from the anime of the same name
Resonance from Soul Eater; T.M.Revolution wins.

As for endings, I don't usually watch them, but one I did like was ALUMINA from Death Note. Again, mainly because I like Nightmare.
 
I liked Orange Range's opening for Code Geass R2, O2 and their ending for Naruto, Viva Rock.
 
My favorite OP is definitely Sengoku Basara's JAP- song and sequence are my favorite!
And my favorite ED is probably... Eden of the East's ED. The paper effect really is very pretty~
 
For openings, I like:

  • K-on! - Cagayake! Girls
  • Katekyo Hitman Reborn! - Last Cross
  • Lucky Star - Motteke! Sailor Fuku
  • Pandora Hearts - Parallel Hearts

And for endings:

  • Eden of the East - Futuristic Imagination
  • K-on! - Don't Say Lazy
  • Katekyo Hitman Reborn! - Suberidai (Slide)
  • Kuroshitsuji - I'm Alive

I like quite a lot of anime openings/endings but I liked these best. The songs in bold are my absolute favourites; I couldn't listen to them for hours and never get bored of them. For Parallel Hearts, I love it because it's fits Pandora Hearts just perfectly, and the combination of the violin and voices = amazing. As for my favourite ending, it just a difficult choice between Suberidai and Futuristic Imagination, but I decided to go with Suberidai in the end. I think it's nice, calm, and lovely song. However, Eden of the East's ending is very creative; it's awesome how they do that with paper.
 
Opening:
Pretear ~ White Destiny

Ending:
Inu Yasha ~ Fukai Mori

Yeah, I still love the endings of Inu. They were so pretty.
 
Pokemon OP: Pokemon Johto League Journeys (or sumthin)
Toradora OP: Silky Heart
Toradora Ending: Orange (or sumthin)
Gundam Seed OP: Invoke
Gundam Seed Destiny OP: Ignited
Naruto OP: Fighting Dreamers
Digimon OP: Butterfly by Wada sumthin
 
Probably InuYasha, they're always pretty and clever.

The first is Lucky Star's opening that the second is the opening of Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood. There are a lot of other anime songs I like, but most of them are characters' themes. xD;

The opening theme for Ceres is really pretty.

I love the ending theme for Inuyasha...season 4???? "COME MY WAY"
 
Open: "Kirameku Namida wa Hoshi ni" by Tainaka Sachi, second opening theme of Fate/ Stay Night.
End: "Madoromi no Rine" by Eri Kawai, ending theme of Utawarerumono

Groove Adventure Rave with Chihiro Yonekura's "Butterfly Kiss"
Tokyo Mew Mew with Rika Komatsu's "My Sweet Heart"
Kamikaze Kaitou Jeanne with *insert band name here; I forgot it XD*'s "Piece of Love"
Tokyo Underground's Opening with [iksi:d]'s "Jounetsu"

Ending:
Mm... The Kodomo no Jikan ending
 
My favorite ending for Xenosaga would have to be "In this eternity" --Mayumi Gojo

I have a couple favorite ending songs like "Suna no Oshiro" and " Still Doll" --Kanon Wakeshima and these ending songs are from Vampire Knight and Vampire Knight Guilty.

The opening song I like from Elven Lied was "Lillum" --Kawabe Chieko

And that sums up my top favorites..I have too many favorite openings and endings.

My favorite opening is Kannazuki no Miko-Resublimity,Blood Plus-Colors of the Heart.Code Geass-Colors,and more but I 4got.My favorite ending song was Death Note-Billy in Despair and more but again I 4got :p
