James. He's been given great character development throughout the series and has an excellent backstory. Not only that, but I love his personality. He's funny, loyal, sensitive, caring, submissive, and naive, all traits which I adore in a person (whether they be fictional or real :)). Furthermore, I find him very sexy and love his voice (both dub and original).

Harley comes a close second (can't believe he hasn't received any votes yet).
