What is your favourite pokemon movie?

First, Pokemon the First Movie. I was sooo young. I remember getting this and the soundtrack...and trying to clone an Eevee toy I had into a real Eevee, and actually thinking it would work. O_O This movie is up in my 'greatest movies of all time' listings, really. It was phenomenal. Great plot, especially when Ash was turned to stone. I think I shed a tear...for Ash. Who knew?

Second, Spell of the Unown. I love Entei and Unown. I remember going to the theater, getting the promo Entei card, and watching this with my mom and sister. We were the only people there, other than the people that worked there. I believe this was the last Pokemon movie released in theaters, too. But, the storyline was great, and also made me shed a tear for 'papa' and Molly.

Recently, I saw the Manaphy movie. It was good, but not as epic as the ones I've just listed. None of the movies after 4Ever really cut it for me. They're just 'good'. They'll never get to be like the first, second, and third.

The Power of One comes in third, and I don't really want to rant about it.

Edit: That picture of Dawn and Shaymin...makes me think like I did when I watched Manaphy and the Temple of the Sea...

Oh, and about the 11th movie...ummm...yeah. I might watch it, but...it doesn't look appealing. I'm not really for Giratina's Origin form. I like the DP form. :/

Pikachu Used Thunderbolt On Marowak And Marowak Fainted Thats Not Possible Seeming How Marowak is A Ground Based Pokemon that has Happened On Many Occasions Were The Law Of Poke Does not Apply To The Anime The Anime Is Just Horrid And Disgracefule----Now That That's Done I Liked Metwo Strikes Back Kuz it Had Actual Diolaugue In That Mug And The Whole Thing Was Clever I Even Gotta Mew Card When I Went To See It In Theaters When I Was 5...The Ones Now Are Horrid Like The One With Dialga And Palkia Come On You Tellin Me pikachu Could Withstand Blasts From Them **** Outta Here Thats Not Possible And darkrai Couldn't Break Those Two Up They'll Murder Darkrai Thus Me Saying Pokemon The Anime Is Not true To The Game Which Makes It Kiddie And Bad

Also, in Manaphy and the Temple of the Sea, it was good for a few shippy moments...if you like AdvanceShipping, that is. It also introduces ZionShipping, which is something I liked about it.

Okay, now it's time for my Power of One rant.

What I liked about that one was that 'Battle of the Birds'. I really enjoyed seeing the legendary birds go at it. It was really epic. And who could forget Slowking? :3 "I could use pants..." xD

My favorites are the second, fifth, and eighth movie. The most recent one, Rise of Darkrai wasn't bad. Dawn did pretty well here.

If I had to narrow them down I would be left with Pokemon the first movie, Pokemon 4ever, and Pokemon heros.

Nobody ever said you have to like the movies or the series (though I don't know why else one would be in this section, but still). I complain about the issues Pokemon has in it all the time, and it doesn't really bother anyone. How can you not complain about the issues it has in it? They're painfully obvious.

Anyway, if that picture is any indication, this will definitely be similar to the Manaphy (needlessly long title) movie. It looks like they're even going with the whole 'newly hatched and thinks the female protagonist is its mother' angle again. Well, I guess it's true what they say about things happening in threes. Misty + Togepi, May + Manaphy and now Dawn + Shaymin.

There are a lot of issues I'd like to rant on, but this thread isn't for that. It's for talking about your favorite movies, not coming here to bash the entire anime series.

There has been a bit of a pattern. Kinda weird...but, you know. That's just how it goes. Although, I don't think Shaymin's coming out of an egg...but hey, I haven't read anything on the 11th movie. So...whether or not that'll happen, I can't say for sure.

I liked 1 & 3 (Maybe 2), the most. I feel they had the best plots and awesome battling, the others were weak in my opinion and all gave me a headache, just like the series did, I think they lost their touch with each movie.

Probably the first is my absolute favorite. I think I had a crush on Mewtwo at the time ^^'

I like episode on the part when pikachu says goodbye.. thats my fave for the indigo league. but anyway does ANYONE know where to find the video with the song Under the mistletoe??? Its like.. is there this episode or not? there're so many rumours! but i cant find the episode. can someone guide me to the episode??? thanks alot!!!!!!!!!!
