Any discussion about infractions and similar matters should be taken to PMs. You do not need to reply both here and to your infraction PM to get your point through. Check my pm. Also, stop abusing caps lock and exclamation marks, they just make your posts a major pain in the neck to read. That, and I hardly see what your "On topic" part had to do with the topic.
