Thats off the top off my head. I used to use Ampharos, Raikou, Dragonite, a different Tyranitar, Mewtwo and Lugia. I used this team to compete in Pokemon Stadium 2 gyms/cups.

For RBY and Pokemon Stadium, I used Mewtwo, Moltres, Zapdos, Dragonite, Lapras and Electrode.

I don't think so because it is a ROM hack. I haven't played on my Yellow version in ages so I don't remember their levels.
