3rd Gen What lvl and who is your strongest pokemon?

i completed the game and caught all the hoenn pokemon
and working on the national pokemon.
My strongest pokemon has to be my lugia lvl.100 :chinese:
 
I have a lot of strong pokemon.I have around 20 that are lv.100.And i think the most powerfull is Groudon with att. 413.
 
My lvl 75 Altaria. ^^;; It's so great with Arial Ace!
 
i have a level 100 blaziken, 95 kyogre, on silver i have my level 95 crobat (all the way from level 2 zubat, sniff...) and my friend traded me a levlel 100 shiny tyranitar that he raised!
 
I recently started a new game, but my strongest pokemon would have to be either my lvl. 63 flygon or my lvl. 53 raichu. Raichu rocks.
 
I've finished the game, and my highest levelled (100) favorite super-strong Pokemon would have to be my Latios. He has a perfect Sp. Att. IV and an IV of 29 in Speed; Modest Nature, too.

My Level 100 Rayquaza...........my Most Favourite Dragon Pokemon.....it's Greenish Colour, How It Shows The Mysteriousnes Of How It Is A Legendary And.........oops, Said Too Much. Anyways Ya, My Rayquaza...........
 
my best so far is on emerald. it is valcano (charizard obtained from trade)...but anyways it is lv. 97 *charizard rules all!!!)
 
my strongest pokemon would have to be my level.100 shiny mudkip. yes,you heard me, mudkip. i used an everstone.
 
I can't see why a lot of people are making big deals over level 100's. Getting a lvl 100 takes no skill whatsoever imo, just patience. (Please don't flame me for this comment because like I said its my opinion). Movsets are really what make a Pokemon good or bad.
I have quite a few level 100's, but they all suck since none of them are EV trained and they all have pretty crappy movesets (I made them when I thought I was awesome at Pokemon, but I was very, very wrong).

My Blastoise lvl 100. Has no defensive moves, but takes out a lot of types.
Otherwise my Level 76 Swampert.
I have some Level 50 crackers though. Espeon, Salamence, Ludicolo and Wailord.

my strongest pokemon is kyogre (lvl100)

sp atk 437 (max is 438)

my weakest lvl100 is a spinda
 
I can't beleave it.. But my maxed out EV Mewtwo lvl 91 Sp.Atk Is just... Wow. Ko's anything seriously =\

Over the past few days I made two more to add to my "best" list:

Exeggutor@Leftovers (lvl 50)
Modest (+SpAtk,-Atk)
EVs: 252 SpAtk / 252 Spd / 4 HP

It took me forever to get that modest nature. The Exeggute and Hoppip that I was breeding were both in their 60s (from ~lvl 5) before I got a modest one:\ .

The EVs are pretty screwed up on this one cause I thought Duskull only gave SpDef EVs when it turned out it gave 1 Def and 1 SpDef :\. So then I EV trained another one with the right EVs, but its IVs were horrible (HP, Atk, and Def were all <5).

And like I said before: MORE MOVESETS!!!
