Hmm... I read the first post and was all like 'I can't think of anything actually', but I'd have to agree with a lot of people here...
- @MidnightWinged: the lawn mowers. So true.
- Don't remember who came up with it in the first place anymore, but: automatic bathroom door. I haven't ever seen them before, but I'm all like: the others worked perfectly, so why?
- Cheese in a can? I first thought the other kind of can as well, but still... I don't get it, how does that work?
- I'd have to partly agree and disagree with everyone who voted cellphones. When you're using them every moment of the day: please get rid of them. When you use them for 'good' reasons (we can all think of a few.. You've got a flat tire, it's at least a 45 minute walk home and it's your first day at your new job so you'd like to get picked up by someone by car so you can still get there on time... That kinda thing...) Also, at the moment I'm a student living mostly in another city and sometimes at my parents place. I might change where I live next year and I'm living with more people than usual in a house. It was only natural for me to want to have a phone that always works and what good would a house phone do me? (Don't know whether 'house phone' is a word, but I hope you understand me...)
- @ Heathran: You're atitled to your opinion of course, but for as far I know women have been trying to get rid of unwanted babies for ages. It used to be much more dangerous and underground, not to mention far from professional and healthy, but the practice existed nonetheless so it's not really a modern invention or anything...
Phew... That was quite a post xD
