what moves should i give my empoleon?

Ability: Torrent
-Brine
-Metal Claw
-Surf
-Drill Peck

i realize i have two water moves but i really dont know what to replace metal claw and brine with. maybe flash cannon, grass knot, or ice beam? btw its sp atk is way higher than its atk stat. thanks a lot

Definitely replace Brine with Ice Beam, as it's a good coverage move. As for Metal Claw, you can replace it with Flash Cannon. You can keep Drill Peck if you want, but Grass Knot would provide you better coverage overall!
