What pokemon do you think are the hardest to catch?
I think legendary pokemon.

Legendary pokemon are programmed to be harder to catch than all others, so obviously they're the hardest to catch, followed by safari pokemon.

I have to say Legis unless you have a master ball.
Magmar was quite hard.
