What Pokemon do you use for online battling?

    Do you use different Pokemon to those you originally trained up to get to the elite 4? Or do you have a great idea of what Pokemon you want to use so train them up in the story to be ready for competing against people online?

    Also, does everyone battle at different levels? Like are there places online where you go to battle lv.15, 20, 25 etc as opposed to lv.100 monsters?
     
    I'm pretty sure this belongs in the Strategies and Movesets forum.

    I use the Pokémon i EV train after i beat the Elite 4, and make sure they're different types.

    Pokemon you use in game cannot be used online, for the simple fact that they are most probably not ev trained properly and/or even have good ivs or natures, and you will get slaughtered online by people who do EV train and breed.

    Anyways, all pokemon battles are commonly set to level 100 by the game anyway. There are free level (where you use the pokemon at what level they are at currently) and a level 50 option however.

    Question answered, So therefore this thread is not needed.
