what pokemon is the weakest?

in my opinion the weakest pokemon is magikarp because the move it knows is splash which is 100% now way affective to any pokemon. although it evolves to gyarados i still think its the weakest/.

Anyways, I think Shedninja is the weakest Pokemon. Lets start off with it's stats, ignoring the 1 HP, the rest of it's base stats are around 40, except it's attack is 90, but it wouldn't be able 1 or 2 HIT KO another Pokemon that is the same level as itself. The only thing that helps it is Shedninja's special ability, Wonder Guard, which only allows super effective moves to attack Shedninja, but then again, Fire, Rock, Dark, Ghost, and Flying moves are common, so yea.


Summary
-1HP: It would only last 1 hit in battle due to it's 1HP, unless it uses Protect, but thats useless anyways.
-Low Base Stats: It's stats are very low, in fact, it's total base stats are only slightly over Magikarp's.
Magikarp: 200
Shedninja: 236

Magikarp and Feebas both have the same amount of base stats, there is only a slight difference when it is spread out.
Magikarp has 55 defence, but has 20 Sp.Defence
Feebas has 20 defence, but has 55 Sp.Defence
Thats the only difference, kinda the same in the end though.

Like that matter's when you can transform into the likes of salamence, combined with ditto's two stat boosting items it makes him a beast.

If you want the technically weakest pokemon, it has to be magicarp. Its base Hp, attack, special attack and special defense are all under 30.
