It's tied between Rocket and Galactic.
Rocket because they seem like the most mischievous. And Galactic cause of their leader...So I think I'll go with Rocket.

Team Galaxy Galactic.

They're probably the most evil team so far. Trying to create a new universe? Definitely better than even Rocket.

And personally, I thought Magma and Aqua were retarded. :\

Team Rocket doesn't do much other than pokénap (If that's even a word :P).
They set their sights low and that's why I like them. Of course there is the occasional take over the world. :P

Of course they'll appear in the show...I think they did but....I haven't really watched the anime...I think grunts appeared.

Team Magma looks so evil and mysterious with those awesome hooded robes they wear.
Team Galactic is also one of my favorites because they have an awesome leader, Cyrus. He and Maxie are so cool!

Team Rocket (games) were the best. They seemed to be the most evil because they clearly knew everything they did was wrong.
Team Magma and Aqua were cool but I don't consider them evil because they thiought they were doing the whole world a favor (for themselves)
Team Galactic was only cool when it came down to their boss. The rest of the were whack little wussies who used Clefairies and Glameows as their pokemon to take over the universe. What shall we ever do?

Personally, I think they're all retarded. I love how in EVERY game when you infiltrate a Team's base, no alarms go off, the trainers are spread apart and unbelievably easy to defeat, and there just happens to be a masterball laying on the table of the final floor. Though, I love in Diamond/Pearl, how the leader of Galactic actually GIVES you the masterball. Wow, REAL smart...he just gave away the key to screwing over their ENTIRE plan to the person that just owned everyone in the base. Pokemon plots needs some help. Thank god the gameplay compensates for it. >_>

Yeeeeah, Galactic need 1: Better Hairstyles, 2: better clothes, ugh get more moaterial freaks, 3: Not Glameows (CREEEEPY should ba a dark ghost Pokemon in my opinion) 4: Names for leaders not named after Planets (Ego much, IM AS BIG AS THIS ONE!!!) 5: To piss off. Team Aqua and Magma had style, good Pokemon, Better names, and sometimes provided slight challenge. ALL THE WAY!
