    I have a problem in this Community.
    I have choosed GMT +1 (Brussel etc.) and this Community sais: 08:19 PM and it is here (in NL) 21:14 (9:14 PM).
    WHY?
     
    Did you check the DST (Daylight Savings Time) setting? That might be why it's off an hour.
