What to do in a new playthrough?

Finally finished my second regular playthrough of white and now I want to do a specialty playthrough. The first thing is which game? I own a game from every series but here I'd rather go GBA or newer. Also, by specialty, I mean a special type of team. I was thinking about doing a nuzlocke on white or maybe just make a team out of the first 5 pokemon I find. Any ideas would be helpful. Thanks!
