    I have beaten the game(beaten dialga at temporal tower) and now i want to evolve. what do i do now. i have a mission at marine resort, but i can't go because my IQ isn't high enough. what do i do now.
     
    What do you mean by IQ not high enough? Have you unlocked it? Because if you have, I don't know why you can't do the mission.
     
    well i believe that you have to continue the "story mode" until you have gotten the darkrai or manaphy icon. Then you have to recruit dialga and palkia to evolve yourself/partner.

    I have beaten them how do i recruit them?
     
    By going back to Spacial Rift and Temporal Tower and fighting them again.
