What type combination that do not exist now would you like for the next generation?

    I would like:
    Normal/Ghost (finally a good reason to use both Ghost and Dark moves)
    Grass/Ghost
    Ice/Steel with Levitate
    Ice/Dragon
    Fire/Dragon (a Fire type without a Water weakness...that would be great!)
    Electric/Dragon (finally a pokemon with X1/4 resistiance to Electric)
    Ice/Rock with Levitate
    Ghost/Psychic with some new trait that blocks Ghost-type moves
    And...of course...Fire/Water with Water Absorb!
     
    Some of what you have suggested would go against what has been defined in the previous games.


    Normal/Ghost - Normal cant affect ghost.
    Fire/Water - thats just impossible.

    Thats only off the top of my head, I agree different combinations should be released but not ones where the types interferre with each other.

    Gliscor is a Ground-immune Ground-type, so what's the problem with Normal/Ghost?
    And I know Fire/Water would raise questions such as "would this pokemon learn Ice-type moves?", but that's the entire point.

    Neither of those are impossible, why would they be? Several pokes have interfering types:
    Lanturn
    Gliscor
    Heatran

    I could go on all day. Your point isn't valid.
     
    Well I definitely agree with Ice/Dragon, I've always wanted to see one. A fire/dragon type would be cool too, even though charizard is closely that already.

    Ice/Dragon loses it's Fire and Ice weaknesses, and gives it Water, Electric and Grass resistances while the Dragon weakness wouldn't change much. Very useful for such an amasing offensively but short of resistances type such as Ice. This would be even a greater combination with Levitate, if it were to fly like Lati@s.
     
    I'd like to see a Bug/Dragon type. The fourth gen finally made some useful bug type moves, so having a new poke to abuse them with would be nice.

    I want a Fire/Psychic Type. Been waiting for one for like 10 years now, XD.

    I was waiting for a Dragon/Psyhic too...and they had to go and make it not only a legend, but an Uber....if Nintendo does this with the first Fire/Psychic, I will go to Japan and punch someone in the face. XD

    I'd like to see a Steel/Ghost with Levitate ;)

    A big armored floating ghost? :O, well, it is impossible to be "touchable" (steel) and "untouchable" (ghost) at the same time though. ._.
     
    Yeah, Steel/ghost based on those creepy knight things on Scooby Doo
     
    A Grass/Fire type, similar to the Ben ten thingy

    Fighting/Dark. It'd be a nice little combination hitting a lot for neutral ^__^
