What was the best OH MY GOD!! moment in gaming?

Call Duty 4 Modern Warfare the 1st game. In the story mode where play the solider who plane has crashed in a nuke zone and you have to control him for like a couple minutes and watch his last moments.

When that barn scene happens... in Red Dead Redemption...
Getting Trevor puma pawed off his Quadbike and then eaten by said puma cat strikes me as noteworthy.

In Okami, there were a lot of "OMG" moments, but this one definitely takes my top spot. Everything about it was....really creepy.... :p

I haven't really played any games that have given me a lot of those, but I do have a few.

In Far Cry 3...

When you kill Vaas, and he's laying on the ground next to you, then just opens his eyes all of sudden. It was pure dark around me when I got to that part, and I had the volume very loud. Everything was quite for like a second, and then BOOM, it made that sound and his eyes opened. I ♥♥♥♥ myself.

In Black Ops 2 (Don't ask... I can't explain it.)...

At the very start, the very first scene in the first mission. That dude in the cage. When he appeared on the screen, I was just like "WTF IS THAT THING BURN IT WITH FIRE.. oh wait...."

In Borderlands 2 (This is just me.)...

When Jack kills Roland. I was wondering what was left to do with my life.

Sooo, I was out mobbing, and everything just died off. All of a sudden. EVERYTHING. Everything was silent, and I was just like "What the hell....". Then, everything respawned, and like 15 Rakk screeched at the top of their annoying ass lungs, and scared the living ♥♥♥♥ out of me.

In Dead Space...

When you beat the game, and you're in the ship flying away. You're "dead" girlfriend appears right in your face, and screams like the little ♥♥♥♥♥ she is. Gets me every time.

Definitely Persona 4 Golden. When you get to the real crippling and serious moments of the game (I won't spoil for those that have never played). It gets really intense. I literally freaked out because I got to the serious part, and I ended up choosing the bad ending and losing the game. DX

But even the bad ending is OMG moment actually =D That's the magic of Persona 4 =D

Since you mentioned it, for me it was the new ending that was added (not Marie's). Accomplice ending. That was... kinda... da heck o.O
