I saw Pikachu, Onix, Pinsir, Heracross, Magikarp, Gyarados, Dragonair, Heracross, Hippopotas, Fletchling, Talonflame, Litleo, Pyroar, Flabébé, Furfrou, Aegislash, Sylveon, Hawlucha, and Klefki in the teaser trailer. I also know that we're gonna build/rebuild Lumiose City, and that Mega Evolution is making a return

From videos I've watched, these are all the pokemon seen the in trailer:

Kanto: Ekans, Arbok, Pikachu, Raichu, Bellsprout, Weepinbell, Victrbell, Onyx, Stryu, Starmie, Magikarp, Garaydos, Pinsir, Eevee, Flareon, Vaporeon, Jolteon, Aerodactyl, Dratini, Dragonair, and Dragonite.
Johto: Pichu, Spinarak, Ariados Espeon, Umbreon, Unown, Heracross and Steelix.
Hoenn: Barboach, Whiscash, Absol, Ralts, Kirlia, Gardvoir.
Sinnoh: Hippopatas, Hipowdon, Glaceon, Leafeon, Gakkade,
    Unova: Sandile, Krokorok, Krookadile, Emoga
Kalos: Fletchling, Flechinder, Talonflame, Litleo, Pyroar, Flabebe, Floette, Florges, Skiddo, Gogoat, Furfrou, Honedge, Duoblade, Agieslash, Sylveon, Hawlucha, Klefki, Espurr, Meowstic, Skrelp, Dragalge, Noibat, Noirvern.

There are a few, specifically unown that has been included, but that may be based on the trailer, so may not be confirmed. Some of these may also be based on the idea that pokemon were seen and evolve into them, but we cannot guarantee that either because if there are regional variants, some pokemon may not exist.

    _______

While we do not know, this game likely is based on the Haussmann's renovation of Paris which was an era in 1800s where they redeveloped Paris because of overpopulation, disease, crime and unrest in general. This makes it take place about the same time as Legends Arceus, if not a little bit before or a little bit after. This is pure speculation, but highly likely.

    Spoiler: Highly Possible New Mega.

Thx! This is all very helpful! I'm surprised Unown was in the trailer. Didn't expect that since it isn't in any of the Kalos Pokedexes

Self inflicted meaning on purpose? Or self inflicted meaning accidental?

    New trailer, new info

I saw in the Trailer: Charizard, Pidgeotto, Pidgeot, Pikachu, Raichu, Weepinbell, Victreebel, Onix, Kangaskhan, Magikarp, Gyarados, Eevee, Vaporeon, Jolteon, Flareon, Chikorita, Totodile, Mareep, Flaaffy, Ampharos, Umbreon, Larvitar, Gardevoir, Sableye, Swablu, Altaria, Absol, Bagon, Budew, Roserade, Lucario, Hippowdon, Glaceon, Tepig, Patrat, Sandile, Krokorok, Krookodile, Trubbish, Garbodor, Chandelure, Bunnelby, Diggersby, Fletchling, Talonflame, Scatterbug, Spewpa, Vivillon, Litleo, Pyroar, Floette, Florges, Skiddo, Gogoat, Furfrou, Aegislash, Spritzee, Aromatisse, Swirlix, Slurpuff, Inkay, Dragalge, Clauncher, Clawitzer, Sylveon, Dedenne, Goomy, Sliggoo, Goodra, and Zygarde
This, in turn, means that Charmander, Pidgey, Bellsprout, Bayleef, Meganium, Croconaw, Feraligatr, Pichu, Espeon, Steelix, Pupitar, Tyranitar, Ralts, Kirlia, Roselia, Shelgon, Salamence, Riolu, Hippopotas, Leafeon, Gallade, Pignite, Emboar, Watchog, Litwick, Lampent, Fletchinder, Flabebe, Honedge, Doublade, Malamar, and Skrelp will be in the game, too

Mega Evolution will make a resurgence; in fact, I noticed that in the battle with Taunie/Urbain, the player has a Mega Bracelet, implying that Mega Evolution may occur early in the game.

It appears you will go to Lumiose City on a sightseeing trip, staying at a hotel that AZ runs. Here you will meet Taunie (if you're the male protagonist) or Urbain (if you're the female protagonist), who help out. You eventually help out too, and accept Taunie/Urbain as your rival. Somehow, you get roped up in Quasartico's Urban Redevelopment Program. It is a program to remake Lumiose into a city both people and Pokemon can enjoy. The CEO of Quasartico is Jett, while her secretary is Vinnie.

I have also noticed a couple of things that are moreso speculation. First off, the male protagonist has a slight resemblance to Professor Sycamore. Maybe he's a son, or a nephew? Secondly, Vinnie has what appears to be plushies in his hair, much the like the Poke Fans have their child play. Perhaps he's a Poke Fan? At the very least he must be a father
