4th Gen What will be your Team in Platinum??

Well since I started with Chimchar in Pearl and Piplup in Diamond (both games I still have to finish) I guess I'll start with Turtwig in Platinum. So my team will be....

-Torterra
-Crobat
-Vespiquen
?
?
?

I really haven't put that much thought into it. They are all possible to change.
 
I think for my Storyline team will be this: Torterra, Alakazam, Ambipom, Roserade, Gyarados, and Pikachu :D.
 
In game probably:

Torterra
Garchomp (you can get Gible before the 3rd gym now)
Magmortar (you can catch Magmar in Fuego Ironworks and get a Magmarizer on the route below Veilstone)
Sky Shaymin (I got one from Toys R Us a few weeks ago)
Giratina
Not sure about the last one, probably an HM Slave.
 
I've rethought my team:

Torterra/Lawnmower Rotom
Garchomp
Vaporeon/Washing machine Rotom
Magmortar/ Toaster Rotom
Sky Shaymin (I'll transfer from my Diamond right before the Elite 4)
Giratina

Just remembered you could get Eevee the first time you meet Bebe.

My final team will probably be

Torterra
Garchomp
Vaporeon
Toaster Rotom (FTW!)
Sky Shaymin
Giratina

My future plat team dillema

Okay, for a while I thought I had this figured out. I thought I knew, at least partially, what I would have for my team in plat. But then I got thinking, and now I don't have a clue what I want to do in terms of starters.

Piplup's out. As much as I love him(heck, I luv 'em all), I used him in pearl, so I want to use one of the other two in plat. But I have no idea which one to use.

Here's what I KNOW will be in my team, the rest will depend on my starter choice.

Glaceon


Gallade


Either scizor, vespiqueen, or yanmega

Something electric


So which starter should I use, Turtwig or Chimchar? I'm leaning slightly towards chimchar, but I still really dunno. Also, any advice on which bug to take or what would be a good electric mon would also be great, thanks. :3

Anyways, I'm not sure on my entire team, but here's how it will go:

Glaceon
Gallade(or Gardevior, whichever)
Either Vespiqueen or Yanmega
Either Raichu or Magnazone
Either Torterra or Infernape
Gastradon(if I choose infernape) or Houndoom(if I choose Torterra)

I hardly ever use rare pokemon =)

I also plan on having my non-legendary team in Platinum too, so I'll make a trainer card for that team as well soon. ^_^
I have both teams in Pearl, just not Skymin until Platinum is out.

Here's what my non-legendary team is;

  • Froslass
  • Shiny Weavile
  • Mismagius
  • Shiny Roserade
  • Shiny Rotom
  • Altaria
 
I wouldn't get Platinum under normal circumstances, but my ingame team until after the E4 would consist of:
Infernape
Alakazam
Giratina
Luxray
Roserade
Maybe Mismagius.

After that, I'd import my team from Diamond, which would be so much more competitively viable.
 
I haven't looked up what is available and in what area yet, but usually I make a balanced team so here is one possible team for me


Turtwig <---- this is a given
Gible <----- again a given
Eevee <----- Haven't decided what it will evolve into yet
Water type <---- I will decide when I see what I can catch
Alakazam <---- given
fire type <----- Idk yet
Sneasel <---- given
Raichu <----- given


I will probally use more too, I like to alternate a lot so usually my playthrough team consists of 10-15 pokemon all around the same level...
 
Since I'm talking about storyline, heres mine.

Staraptor
Scizor
Porygon-Z

Thats that huh, Wi-fi will be similiar.
