I don't like lying (even though I can't seem to stop myself doing it XD), so I'd probably say, "Oh, don't worry" It's not actually saying she's pretty, but at the same time, not hurting her feelings either. I wouldn't exactly say, go get some plastic surgery, as that would just be plain cruel. And no one's that cruel are they?
