Eevee=Furball
Chikorita=Chico/Chika/Cheeky
Mareep=Jolt/Sparks
Marill=Marina
Sudowoodo=Woody (from TOY STORY! To infinity and beyond! XD)
Hoothoot/Noctowl=Hedwig (I actually named it that once after Harry Potter's owl. ^_^)

If i had a wobbuffet I would name him Killdozer. No reason, just would.
 
Well, I have a few "standard" nicknames. (ie, when I think of the Pokemon, they just have to have this nickname or it feels weird to me)

Pichu (+evolutions) → Lightning
Cherrim → Marluxia
Nosepass (+Probopass) → Namine
Bidoof (female only) → Bill
Drifloon → Pedo
Hoothoot → H
Shroomish → Dean
Jigglypuff → Jigbar

I may start calling all Vaporeon I own from now on Jeef, too. XD;
 
I nickname all Pokemon I usually use.

Bellossom- Sunshine

Ambipom- Naomi (Real person)

Torterra- Pikmin

Porygon-Z- Pixello

Slowking- King Devin

Togekiss- Toki

Lucario (Female)- Audria

Rotom- Rotamu

Girantina- Gigatina

Gardevoir- Jasmine (Real person)

Jumpluff- Cammy (Real person)
 
Well, I don't often nickname. And when I do, I'm serious about it. I don't use names from other series, nor will I give them a humorous one. Needless to say, I'm not very creative with nicknames XD

Nicknames of one of my original teams (Yellow):

Pikachu - Pika
Nidorino - Nido
Pidgeotto - Geotto
Butterfree - Freefree
Ivysaur - Ivy
Poliwhirl - Poli

Like I mentioned, I ain't creative.
 
Spearow= Britanny Spearow
Paris= Paris Hiltan
Ludicolo= Fiesta
Blaziken= Kentucky or Blaze
Arceus= Cheese (as in, Goat's Cheese :P)
Articuno= Arc/ Glacier

And the best name ever? Bibarel=Hm Slave :P
 
I would name my Arceus Light Yagami. :3
