    what game would you rather get---pearl-diamond? i'm stuck myself, how do you get a pole thread? that's just one question, so i can replace this thread for a pole. TYVM!
     
    Diamond if you want Stunky, Cranidos, and Dialga, or Pearl if you want Shieldon, Glameow, and Palkia.
     
    AND pearl for mime.Jr. don't forget :P and baduse in diamond. but i would only stick for diamond cuz dialga is legendary (DUH) same with palkia (DUH) but dialga is stronger than palkia, but palkia looks cooler, like groudon. dialga reminds me of the 3 legendary dogs, more like suicune, :P so yeh, he looks cool, too.
     
    dialga being stronger than palkia is opinion (which yours is clearly clouded by your noobiness). any normal person can tell that they are evenly matched basically.
    on-topic, im getting both, but if i got one itd be diamond because of my preference to dialga

    i know they are equal, but the types, dialga is better. the moves and TMs it learns, palkia is better. i actually dont know what to pick

    It doesn't really matter, because I am more than happy to trade you Palkia, for anything.

    I was only talking about new version exclusives. In either version you can get Mime Jr. by importing Mr. Mime and breeding it.
     
    I am definatly getting diamond, because my friend wants pearl and to me it doesnt matter because the exclusives in both kindsa suck.
     
    I'm getting Diamond, mostly because of my fascination of the colour blue. Though this will be the first I'd be getting the first rather than the latter of a generation game.
     
    Both, but if i could get only one, Diamond.
    Besides Palkia imo looks kind of strange.

    The sprites don't differ between Diamond and Pearl. <.<;
     
    Whenever I searched for D/P information or something like that, I usually say pokemon pearl, but I preordered diamond because I prefer Dialga.
     
    I got into a big debate on who's better overall, Palkia or Dialga. We never got it settled since the stats are so close. Anyway, if I could only pick one it'd be Diamond because Dialga looks so much better; but I have the money to get both so that's what I'm gonna do.

    I got diamond because of DIALGA, they r both gonna rock so its what ever ur feelin
     
    I might get pearl too, after I beat Diamond. every once in a while I like to replay pokemon, but now that we have wifi and competitive battling it might be best to have one game for competitive play and one game for casual play.
     
    Personally, I'd prefer Diamond but I was fortunate to reserve the two, so I'm happy.
