i can't really say, cuz Jirachi's the only one I've actually used from Hoenn. But Groudon and Rayquaza look awesome.

Rayquzza looks godly and its really strong in battle. I also like Jirachi (just the style of it, i guess)

Kyogre of course,combination beetwen high Sp. Attack+high Speed+Drizzle+Surf absolutely can destroy anything

I'm not too sure on my favorite legendary for Hoenn, but if I had to choose, it would have to be Latias. She's simply adorable in Pokemon Heroes, and she's Red.

Second would either have to me Rayquaza or Jirachi, I guess.

It's hard to choose between Kyogre and Latios for me. I like both of them but because of its superior strength I would probably have to put Kyogre over Latios.

Jirachi was always my favorite Hoenn legendary, and still is, but I've grown a bit attached to Latios, too.
