    This team should be call an IET (Improved Explosive Team).
    but anyways,

    give Azelf life orb, your probably going to end up exploding at the end of your sweep so previous damage really doesn't matter

    Umbreon could use an attack, also if you gave it a salac berry so after it subs 3 times it can pass speed not just a sub, and instead of sub you could give it wish so it could provide so healing.

    Consider having yanmega first with Hypnosis, Air slash, Bug Buzz, and protect. give it expert belt, or focus sash

    Lastly your team needs some WALLS!
     
    Ew Electivire might seem superior to Lucario in stats, but that is not the whole picture. Lucario gains access to Swords Dance and doesn't fold to every wall in the game, making it a far superior physical sweeper. Physical Electivire is THE worst physical sweeper in OU. I've actually found Luvdisc more useful than it and I wish I could say I was kidding around.

    I'd throw in Gliscor >>> Yanmega since this team gets massacred by about every fighter around. Weezing is also a good option.
     
    If you insist on running Electivire, you should at least consider Thunderbolt over ThunderPunch. Also, go Hidden Power [Ice/Electric] over Giga Drain. All Giga Drain really hits is Swampert :/

    And Umbreon is gonna want at least one attaking move or it isn't going to last long :/

    Also, why use Xerxes team? Why not make an original team of your own? That's half the fun!

    EDIT: Also, Protect >>>>> Substitute IMO on Yanmega. And please replace Petaya Berry.

    Umm you really can't make a team based on a single poke, if you do and the single poke gets ko (very likely), then your team and you fail
