What's a Finneon? o_o

Shuckle is one of my favourites. I took down. Red's Charizard with a Shuckle 27 levels lower than it. It's best with an "annoying" moveset.

- Swagger
- Toxic
- Rest
- Stealth Rock/Sandstorm/Double Team/Attract, depending on your favourite.

Whoever #360 is. All I know is that its a gap in my Platinum pokedex and I haven't bothered to look up what it is. Its probably some super Pokemon I forgot existed!

-Venonat
-Kangaskhan (dunno if spelt correctly)
-Wooper
-Zubat (we would never forget this annoying brat)
-Hoothoot
-Senstret
-Pikachu (I won't be forgetting this annoying little rat anytime soon)
-Natu
-Weedle

then you havnt met me...

but lol i didnt know these were forgotten. lol if you could name them, then how are they forgotten?
Because all the Pokemon can be named by one person or another. If we follow your logic, then there is no such thing as a forgotten Pokemon, but that's clearly untrue.

I can understand the others, but Kangaskhan? Every time someone uses Substitute you see a baby Kangaskhan doll... Plus anyone who seriously played Red/Blue knows about the Kangaskhan with Water Gun, Water Gun, and Sky Attack.

I agree with this person. Shuckle has to be the most awesome Pokemon out of.. all Pokemon... WITH the right training, that is. I can't believe I don't have one on my team. It SHOULD be a Legendary.. But no one can hardly even remember it's name. Hey, I forget it a lot.. Poor poor Shuckle.

When you factor in its absurdly low HP, it's defenses aren't so godly. Yeah, you may only take 100 damage from a Groudon's Life Orb Earthquake, but when you've only got 244 max HP, you won't exactly be shrugging it off. In fact, it's defenses and HP balance out to make Shuckle a pretty average Pokemon, albeit with ridiculously low speed and offense.

Tropius is actually one of my favorite Pokemon. It fits well into the top 20.

In the Kantodex/Nationaldex, 360 is Wynaut. I figure that must be it, since the Sinnohdex stops at 210.

Pineco. I went through the Nationaldex trying to find a Pokémon I don't think about often, and had to stop and do a double-take because I honestly didn't remember what Pineco was for a moment. Surskit and Masquerain, I doubt I'd have remembered if I weren't looking for Pokémon I don't use much, but now I think I should use them some time...

... I don't think I've ever seen an Anorith before today. Wow. How did I manage that?

Someone mentioned Wormadam, yeah? I wouldn't remember it either, except I plan on doing a Steel monotype run on Platinum. So, I'm about to spend a lot of time with Trash Cloak Wormadam.

i actually dunsparce was a psycotic fantasy that didn't exist until i found them n fire red

Not if you train one from baby levels all the way up. And it can learn an attack that swaps it's life and attack, making it's attack permanently 600+ damage. And there are items and ways of training it's defense. With aided attack, it can do nearly one thousand damage at level one hundred with it's defense and attack swapped. It also produces rare candies all it's own if it's given a certain berry to hold. It has to be the most awesome Pokemon I've ever seen(Short of legendary) if you have the patience to work with it. Good Pokemon don't grow on trees. They grow on skilled trainers!

Shuckle
Set-up Bait: With its common defensive sets, Shuckle remains to be complete set up bait. All it can do is manage to set up rocks, inflict status, and knock off an item. What does it do after that? Nothing. Hello steel Pokemon! Shuckle just screams Set up on me! I can't do anything to you. It can't do any sufficient damage to a Pokemon with those offensive stats. What Shuckle's opponent can do is prepare status boosts, inflict status, set up entry hazards, and so many more things that Shuckle can't even hope to stop or counter. You'd think that there is a reason that this Pokemon was slammed into UU instead of Uber.

Power Trick: Definitely overrated by rookie trainers. What makes you think that Shuckle has the speed to pull this trick off? Don't even think about Trick Room. It takes up too many turns to set up. Any physical sweeper can just ram right in and knock it to oblivion. If I'm not mistaken, I battled a Power Trick Shuckle once with a Donphan; Shuckle didn't even 3HKO it with Earthquake so it kind of surprised me (it's not as strong as people think it is).
Statistics
HP: 20
Defense: 230
Special Defense: 230

Weaknesses: Water, Rock, Steel
Resistances: Normal, Poison

→ According to calculations from Smogon, Shuckle is only 6.3% more specially sturdy than Cresselia. Forretress barely manages to win at defensive sturdiness at .26% more physically sturdy than Shuckle (the margin is minimal). It's not as sturdy as you thought it was, now is it? It's minimal HP hinders its ability to wall greatly.

→ It doesn't seem to have many weaknesses, which is a plus. However, Water and Rock are two extremely commonly used offensive type moves, so you should be aware of that. It lacks resistances too. A good wall should have a good number of resistances.

My friend is a great fan of Ninjask, and other speed pokemon.
I must admit my favorite pokemon from the series was Ashes bulbasaur :P

But, Do you remember that really well trained sandshrew from the earlier episodes?
