Whats a good title screen hack program?

    I am designing a hack of Fire Red called Platinum, and I have almost all of it done except for the title screen.
    I have tried UnLz.gba but i cant find the image of the title screen.
    Does anyone know what a good title screen hack program is and where i can get it?
