What's Going On?

    Hey, I'm new to the forums and pretty much pokemon although I have collected them a long time ago. My real name is J.T. and I got a few questions

    1. What are the names of the original booster packs with the first 150 pokemon or so?

    2. Is there still tournaments for pokemon?

    3. Is there any pokemon from the original 150 that you can't get anymore or are rare?

    As far as I know you can still get all the old cards... but none of them sell for very much anymore... I saw a holo Charizard for $10 at this one store... x__x and no one really cares about the old rare cards anymore.

    But some of the smaller card shops could possibly still hold Pokemon tournaments, but I think most of them do Yugioh ones.
    I don't remember what the original packs were called though... I think one of them was Fossil, or something... xD I dunno.

    So what your saying is the old pokemon are "not in style" anymore?
     
    My favourite one is Blastoise, so I still love the old Pokémon.

    PD: "Fossil" was the 3rd card series...The 2nd one was "Jungle" and the 1st, has no name, I think xD
     
    Thanks for the greetings guys. I'm not a big fan of Blastoise myself, but he is not one of my least favorites. My favorite pokemon are Magmar, Exeggutor, and Dugtrio.
