Pokemon go forum has gone I get a message saying not authorised to access

That's because it has been merged with Magikarp Jump to make this new section. Hope that answers things for you.

I promise it's not as drastic a change as you think it is. Ben will get your splash sorted and if you still want to discuss GO, you can still do that just as easily with the [Pokémon GO] tag. Don't worry!
