    what s the best level so tat its special attack is killer? cause im training one right now for a tournament me and my friends are putting on. (in real if you want to join please PM me)

    It really doesn't matter what level you evolve it-- the stat gains will come when you evolve, so there's really no "peak" point or anything. This should really be in a simple Q&A thread, but I've answered you now. Also, if you're looking for someone to help evolve it, please use the Wi-Fi forum. :)
