Whats the difference between Poke-Power and Poke-Body?

Pokepowers can be used when on the bench and Pokebody can only be used when active.

Okami is wrong. A Pokébody is ALWAYS in effect, while you can choose to activate a Poképower, it doesn't matter if it's on the bench or not.

And just to affirm before someone who has no idea what they are talking about walks in and claims Mudkipable is dead wrong, Mudkipable is absolutely, 100% correct.
