dont get the difference between these three moves here:

Aromatherapy, heal bell, and refresh. i want to give my blissey one of these moves (im pretty sure blissey learns refresh) but i dont know which of these are the best. someone has got to explain to me which one i should use and which is the best, and give examples if it helps you explain.

also what is a good moveset for blissey. i was thinking:

    Refresh/heal bell/aromatherapy
    counter/seismic toss
    flamethrower
    softboiled

    what nature?
i want to go with bold because of its low defense. adamant isnt needed if i use seismic toss. modest, maybe, for flamethrower against steelz.

Refresh only heals the user's status, not the party. Aromtherapy and Heal Bell heals the status for the entire party. As for the difference between Aromatherapy and Heal Bell, someone else will have to clarify that.

Blissey doesn't need Refresh, since it's trait is Natural Cure anyway. (It might also be Serene Grace, but whatever.)
Aromatherapy > Heal Bell. Why? Because Soundproof pokemons like Mr.Mime, Exploud, Electrode, etc. block Heal Bell. Though it's in-game I suppose, so both will work. At least you won't meet that many Soundproofers I think.

It should look like something like this:

    Blissey (F) @ Leftovers
    Trait: Natural Cure
    EVs: 212 HP / 252 Def / 46 SDef
    Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
    - Aromatherapy
    - Thunder Wave / Ice Beam
    - Softboiled
    - Seismic Toss

T-Wave or Ice Beam, your choice.

I hope this will help. Well, good luck!

heal bell fails against sound proof pokemon, thats about it between heal bell and armotherapy
