I was using uxie to kill defence pokemon, because I'm EV training my vaporeon, which is holding exp. share and Uxie leveled up during it, and had a +13 gain in defence!

I was training my Tyranitar and it got a 13 or 15 boost to its Attack.

Dragonite +10 Sp. A stat gain. It turned out to be one of the strongest Pokemon I had.

I was training a Mewtwo I got off the GTS. I was raising his special attack, and when he first leveled up, I kid you not, it was 33.

Ev training would only allow you to get up to a max of 37, sure that's the truth?
