Got the card about 22 years ago. Cant find any information on it. Its a fully holo card, 3 stars, and Japanese. Its in great condition, been sleeved its whole life. Pics are attached. Thanks in advance for any information.

There's a thread titled "What is this? Is it fake? How much is it worth?" at the top of this section that might be able to help you out. Your card looks like an unlimited reverse holo Shining Gyarados from the "Awakening Legends" Japanese expansion set. No idea what it's worth but, it's a great card. You should get it graded by PSA or Beckett.
