4th Gen What's with the Old Chateau?

I went into Eterna Forest, and I found this old haunted house. I can't find anything useful in it, just an old guy and a little girl. Is there any point to this place?

Nothing really its just a place with ghost and rotom

If you want the "legendary" rotom, then go inside and catch him, but other than that it's useless.

but you can also find some good ghost pokemon like gengar ( if a gba game is inserted)

idk wats so "legendary" about rotom. i caught him with a quick ball, first try.

Its pretty easy to catch him. Its only level 15. I caught him with a Pokeball, yellow HP, 1st try. :/

Other than that, nothing else. And the old dude and the girl dude (XD) have no effect in the game.

And as a little extra something. The old man and girl are meant to be ghosts apparently. They kinda 'float' as the move away rather than walk. And what makes rotom 'legendary' is that there's only one of it to catch. I've never used it myself though so I dont know how good it is

i no but theres only 1, so it would be consider rare atleast, and scareh ash is very rare. i think it cost like 1000

The TV in a room has Rotom, the only place to catch them. Also with GBAs inserted, you could find Gengar I think.
