Whats wrong with Cartoon Network?

    Hey evryone. I'm new to this forum, but I thought I'd join b/c I LOVE pokemon, especially the show. But I found out that Cartoon Network isn't showing it anymore!! Is pokemon going to stay on TV much longer??!!! WB shows it still, too, but not any of the old ones. I like the new ones, too, but I don't like May very much (no offense to those who do!!) and I just like the characters better in the old ones (Ash isn't as hot, though! :classic: ). Anyways, I just don't want pkmn to be cancled. That would REALLY suck!!

    I don't think they'll cancel it altogether. Maybe in the future with another schedule change, Pok?mon will be shown again on CN.
     
    I sure hope so! I loved watching it on CN.
     
    They're still makeing the new show, the shows just stopped after Misty left, they're going to show it on Saterday, if not then...then soon lol
     
    You know that TV Stations stop sending some shows for a certin time to stop people loosing the interest in it?

    I'm sure it will be shown again.

    Um, I think CN is really, REALLY stupid for even putting Pok?mon in the time slots they do. Although I'm a massive Pok?mon fan, CN just did the stupidest thing I could think of, and that's putting the show on a really inconvienent time for kids of all ages.

    First, there was 9 A.M., in which most kids in the U.S.A. had to go to school. Then they canceled it. Next, CN re-introduced the series at 7 A.M., where most kids don't have the energy to wake up since school is just hours away. And their evening hours come on when other interesting shows are on, such as ABC or WB. I think they canceled the show on CN for the mean time is because there weren't enough viewers watching Pok?mon. I despise them for replacing the show with Ozzy & Drix *shudder*

    Hopefully after they learn their lesson, CN will put the old show back on at convienent times.
     
    They did the same thing last year remember? I just think that they use Pokemon for summer and take it off during the school year OO; CARTOON NETWORK IS A BUNCH OF MORONS!!! XD *feels better after ranting* XD

    Pokemon is shown early in the morning on Cartoon Network, depending on where you live.

    It kind of sucks they replaced the evening showing with Ozzy and Drix, but if the show doesn't pull much interest, maybe they'll put Pokemon back in it's place again. I guess it could be worse... they could have gotten rid of Yu-Gi-Oh too...
     
    Well remember that during the summer, they advertised that they had the rest of the Orange Islands and some of Johto. The morning and evening were when they'd play those episodes. Now that summer's gone, we're gonna have to wait for the time where KidsWB! will allow CN to air the next batch of Johto episodes. Chances are that they'll do it again like before.

    I just record everything I want to watch, so I can watch them when ever I want...sometimes. XD
     
    Actually, doesn't CN own Kids WB, since it was made originally by Warner Brothers? Or is it the other way around? I can't remember, but I am pretty sure WB owns them both. And, 9p.m., 8p.m. central is when the evening Pokemon episodes come on CN.

    I believe that CN plans on being caught up with KWB by the time they get to the next Region. That way, they can show the rest of the current movies. But, CN keeps doing the backtracking to give KWB time to complete Hoenn.

    Hate is such a strong word... besdies, if KidsWB wasn't around, we wouldn't have Pokemon... although I'm sure some other network would have picked it up...
     
    Yup, can't hate networks that show your favorite show. It just doesn't work.

    Ok, Cartoon Network is owned by Time Warner. WB is owned by Warner Brothers Sudios. I believe that Time Warner is a subsidary of WB, but I'm not sure. (It's logical, right?)

    That still doesn't give a good reason why CN canceled Pok?mon, AGAIN! If only they'd put it at more convient times, they they would get good ratings! Besides, I want to watch the series over from the beginning again...
     
    I'll say it again. CN DIDN'T cancel Pokemon. They are simply backtracking the episodes like they often do with ALL their Anime. Check the TV Guide for time listings. It comes on at 7p.m. or 8p.m. in Wisconsin, so it should be on around that time wherever you live.
     
    Eh. I don't get CN. But I do get YTV? but now they only play Pok?mon on Saturday, but it's probably for the better? their old weekday timeslots conflict with other shows I like to watch anyway XD

    Although, this whole backtracking thing? I wonder if that's just what YTV's up to? Meh. I suppose I'll get blasted for offtopicness?
