Whats wrong with my team???

Hi. I am playing pokemon online and blaze black and i think theres something wrong with my synergy. We have good resistances but maybe im battling the wrong way. Anyways heres my team:

What i normally do is lead with Blaziken, use protect to take advantage of his speed boost ability. KO the first pokemon, Then i will probably switch to ferrethorn and stealth rock but then im kinda lost what to do after that.

Thunder on your Thundurus or whatever, replace with Thunderbolt.
You have two statuses on your Blissey. Why EV train Blissey in Speed? Speed is her third worst stat. You're also using Healer, you'll want Natural Cure if anything. Paratail Dragonite is better for TW just a heads up. High Jump Kick is a very risky move, if there is any semi-powerful move that you could replace it with, I suggest you do. You shouldn't have two Thunder Waves, gets rids of needed coverage. I don't think Focus Sash is needed on your Garchomp, he won't have to Swords Dance more than once, his attack is OP :>.

Why Crunch on Garchomp? Neutral STAB Outrage still hits harder than a 2x unSTABed Crunch. In that slot, it should go to Fire Fang (to hit the Steels that would have an easy time taking Earthquake, like Ferrothorn, Forretress, Skarmory and Bronzong) or Aqua Tail (for the hard hit on Hippowdon, Gliscor and Therian Landorus without resorting to Outrage). Lum Berry, Yache Berry or Haban Berry should be the item because Garchomp is too bulky for Focus Sash.

Milotic isn't that good in OU because of the power creep. Gyarados should suffice because of Intimidate:
