Here's my team (not complete) and I'm only in Eterna City currently, so I have a lot of time for change so I would love some opinions and help, because I want to be a competitive battler.

Then I have a Bidoof as my HM Slave lol. But, I do have a few questions. Is Shieldon worth it? He is a good pokemon for defense, but I was planning on raising the Blissey I will get (I think that's right lol). Or try to catch a Munchlax, but idk. Now, Ponyta is my real concern. It's ability is Run Away which is worthless in battling, and it was terrible to train to just get ember, so I was thinking of just using him to get through then raise another fire type in the future. Tips are welcome because I need help lol.
 
I'd go with Blissey as a wall as it is only weak against fighting while Bastiodon is weak against Fighting,Ground,and Fire and chances are you won't find a munchlax without knowing your SID there is a helpful calculator somewhere

Diagla lv 48 (only used it for garchomp thats all never liked using legendaries but i had no dragons at the time

NOW:

Now i just use differ pokemon for EV training and regular training so the teams change nut no matter what my scizor dragonite and infernape ALWAYS stay there no matter what happens.
