My favorite Pokemon theme (s) are the Pokémon Johto League Champions, Pokémon Master Quest, and Pokémon Advanced.

My favorites are the Battle Frontier theme and the Diamond and Pearl theme. I don't know if you can consider it a theme or not, but I also really enjoyed the Pokémon Rap that was played at the end of the first seasons episodes (I can't remember if they did it for everyone or just a few).

My old favorites were the Johto opening themes songs. But then i find myself liking the Japanese version of the Diamond and Pearl opening more then the english one.
