Gotta go with One Piece, though I also like Steel Angel Kurumi, Ranma 1/2 and Pocket Monsters a lot.

Well, to me, my all time favorite animes have always been FLCL and Fullmetal Alchemist... just awesome. And I love psychological animes, by the way...
