3rd Gen whats your most usefull pokemon

whenever i travel around hoenn i always take my two utility pokemon with me:

tropius (fly, flash, rock smash, cut)
sharpedo (surf, strength, waterfall, dive)

i can go anywhere just by using their services.
 
Well...I find my fly pokemon and my surf pokemon most useful....though my Azumarill knows about two or three Hms...

OMG thats not the way to use a sharpedo! there stats are realy hight!!!
 
Linoone as it's one of the best legitimate HM slaves you can get in the game.
 
My most Useful pokemon would be Kyogre because I can uber own practically anything with it in battle.

Outside of battle it would have to be... yes, the super HM slave Linoone. :P

Powerfull or usefull?
its different,
Personnaly i don't have a "pokemon tool"
but the closest to this description wouls be my linoone
with strenght, rock smash,and his stealing attack.I have Two of them...one at level 50 and another at lv 65...
and i found he's special power usefull to.
 
My fav pokemon is my deoxys that knows: Hyper Beam, Psycho Boost, Superpower and Zap Cannon. He rocks!
