[PokeCommunity.com] Whats your rarest classic Pokemon Merchandise?

Just won that in an auction on ebay, Im absolutely chuffed to pieces.

Pokemon Blue, European, brand new and sealed despite being released in 1999, just figured I'd share it with you guys.

But to make a discussion about it, Whats the rarest Pokemon merchandise you own?

(Starting to think that I may have posted this in the wrong board..sorry in advance if I have)

i still have pokemon snap , not sealed but still in great condition .....

I still have Pokemon Crystal that I bought when it first came out in 2001. The only thing wrong is that I have to set the clock every time I play the game but I still have my save file on it. The internal battery hasn't completely died yet but it will pretty soon.

WOW, how much? I don't have any games that would be valuable, howether i do have a holographic Entei limited edition or something from the TCG.

Ah i never knew Crystal had this problem, I got crystal for my 12th birthday back in 2001 (it was bought in August, the month before). I better keep an eye out for this problem for I randomly replay crystal from time to time.

Incase you want to solve your internal battery problem, I've quoted instructions from the Wikipedia page of Gold and Silver (theres no article of this on the Crystal section)

A common problem found in the second generation of games is a problem with the internal battery after roughly six years. The internal battery is located inside of the cartridge which allows the game to save the user's progress. Many people have reported that their games no longer save due to this problem, and any save file that remains before 2006 will be deleted.[citation needed]
It is possible to fix this, but the cartridge must be opened and the battery must be taken out, and a new battery must be soldered in.[2] The battery model is model CR2025, although a larger CR2032 fits as well and will last longer. An inexpensive replacement battery can be purchased with the same welded tabs and insulating ring already attached such as the Panasonic BSG series (part # BR2032-1F2) available from Digikey [3]. One will need to be able to use a soldering iron to remove the old battery and install the new one. One should get a battery with welded tabs such as the one mentioned above; it is difficult and unsafe to solder directly to a lithium battery

Ah the Entei card? That was distributed to those who saw the third (I think) Pokemon movie right? I just missed that card, my local cinema had ran out.

The ending bid of mine was at £24.25, my maximum bid was at £28. So including P&P it cost me £26.25

    Thats a good deal.
Too lazy to look up the exact card i have on the net, i have others. I have taken photo's of them but my phone is being stupid (or PEBKAC) so i can't get them to PC atm, will edit them in ASAP though :)

    I

I have a old pokemon card from 1999 thats a pinsir and the words are in spanish. I don't know if it's worth anything but...

I have a Japanese & English Exeggutor card. Last I checked, which was about 4 years ago, it was worth nearly $700! Then again, Pokemon merchandise is worth only as much as someone else is willing to pay for it. :)

It would probably be my Sealed Limited Edition Pikachu Gameboy.

I saw it at a Flea Market, and I just had to buy it <_<

I have a Mew card that was given to you if you went to see the first movie in the cinema?

And a solid gold Togapi card. That was given to me by some guy who knew I loved Pokemon and was hitting on me. =\

I have the Limited Edition Pikachu Gameboy but the up arrow doesn't work:'(. Otherwise it is fine.

I don't have any rare stuff I think. Besides about 50 cards from when the card game first started, I also have a pokemon board game, and Hey You Pikachu! for the n64. The cards are in a gold special pokemon collector's book that I can't quite remember how I got.

I have some cards that might be rare... The old holo Mewtwo, Gyarados, Blastoise, and a few others.

I have a gameboy colur which i think has pichu's and pikachus on it and a pikachu nintendo 64, dont know if it's worth anything :/

You can go and see what they are selling for on E-Bay to get a good idea of their worth.

I own (at my grandparents house) pokemon 'sorry!'. yes, the board game. Its probably not worth anything, but ive never seen it anywhere before, or anyone else who has owned it. i have pokemon monopoly too, but i know a lot of people have that (though we lost the pikachu figure...).

I have the entire set of Burger King Pokeball things, the ones with 23 karat gold plated pokemon plates inside.

i have the pichu pikachu gold silver or whatever gameboy color, pokemon red, gold, crystal.. lets see.. cards from the first collection, promo movie cards, that old pokemon poster with 151 pokemon, the puzzle... erm... nothing more. i havent idea of prices :/. yeah, im a pokemon fan since it started!

The rarest classic pokemon item I have is...
Well do you remember those pokemon cards diped in solid gold that burger king sold in the 1990s?
well I have a golden Jigglypuff card with a official card signed by the cheraman of nintendo of America in mint condition.
