When are the new pokemon episodes on?

Be more specific than that. If you mean the Pokemon Advance Battle episodes, then they come on KidsWB at 9:00 AM.
 
And if you're talking about Japanese episodes, they air Thursdays in Japan, and are normally put up for download Fridays.
 
10:00 AM EST here. Including the timezone, pokenightmare. Anyway, the next new episode, the intro of Absol will be on Jan 7th. Nothing new because of the holidays. Oh well.
