4th Gen When did you use the Master Ball?

Haven't used it yet. Caught Lugia, Raikou and Entei with Poké Balls. I'll probably SR for a Shiny Suicune and use it then.
Master Ball on Raikou or Entei? I recommend not. I'd say try using Quick Balls (get them into red HP and send it to sleep or something, I used Will-O-Wisp on Raikou and Sleep Powder on Entei).
 
Lugia. I didn't have a synchronize pokemon transferred over yet, so I just bit the bullet.
 
shadow lugia & suicune. i've got quite a few since i never used em on sapphire & i constantly restarted my game after getting em. when i get HG or SS i'll be more than willing 2 trade them 4 a nice pokemon or a rare item...

raikou, and theres mewtwo and lati twins in silver?! D:
 
Eeeh, I don't even know if I'll be using mine. xD; I have Latios left - whom I want to catch without the Master Ball -, Groudon - Who I will definitely be using a Heavy Ball on -, and Rayquaza - which I also want to try catching it without Master Ball. If I was able to catch both Mewtwo and Ho-Oh in Pokeballs, I don't see why I have to use my Master Ball on Legendaries on Lower Levels.
 
i used it in raikou (because its my favorite of the 3 dogs) because i catched the other legendary poke with dusk/ultra/quick ball
 
I used it on my Raikou (Thunder). I just get sick of the running Pokemon, so yeah. I caught Latias with an Ultra Ball, Ho-Oh on the third try with an Ultra Ball. Suicune took agggggesssss to get... With an Ultra Ball, finally!
 
I ended up using it on Lugia in SS, the Lv. 47 one. I just couln't catch it, and I didn't want to re-stcok on liek 50 Ultra balls. I had no problem catching Ho-oh in SS though. :D
 
i took one from platinum and caught both lugia and ho-oh with them :)
 
So I lied and I did end up using it and it was on a Latias. On my search for legendaries, I had some trouble with Ho-Oh, a bit of trouble with Lugia, Raikou and Suicine, a considerable amount of trouble with Entei, but not enough to use a Master Ball, but Latias was the annoyance. Tried catching it without it, but failed and had no choice but to use that precious item.
 
I saw Entei for the first time... and it became mine within the first turn, if this answers your question. =p
 
Haven't used mine yet, and I still have the roaming legendaries + Lugia, Kyogre and Mewtwo left. I'll probably use it on Mewtwo, because I believe he would be the hardest one to catch. Plus it kind of goes togehter, Mewtwo in a masterball. ^^
