Good job. However, the animation of the text is kinda choppy. Try using "layer options" and adjusting the opacity to make the text fade and disappear as more text appears or something flashy like that. It's not bad for a start, but you have a long way to go.
Okay, the first one's frames go too long and the text is sometimes hard to see.
The second one is nice, but the featured image has lines around it that clash with the background. Also, my advice for the fading text may apply best for this one.
The third one is too blurry. Try rendering the text, fading it, or something like that. You can barely see Fakir-kun. Try using the history brush or the eraser to try and make his face more visible and fixing the background with the Magic Wand. Eh... You may want to practice a little more before you open shop, and you can ignore this post I made 'cause I feel like I just preached ABC's to an Oxford Student. You're on a roll! *thumbs up*

Try to use a different font on the avatar so you can read it better. I do like your graphics though! ^_^

Your current banner is funny XD.
They could use some improvements. Like in the 2nd one the white outlines are still showing.
I like the 1st avatar you done that quite well but as stated by .:Teresa:. the font is a bad choice.
